Buyer's Agent
If your client is interested in buying a property that we have scheduled for auction, you may continue to represent your client at the auction, and earn a commission from the auctioneer.To qualify as a buyer's agent you must meet the following criteria.
Contact our office 48 hours prior to the Auction to obtain a Buyer/ Broker registration form. And,
Accompany your client to the auction.
If your client offers the acceptable bid, and closes the transaction, you will be paid a portion of the Auctioneer's commission.
Seller's Agent
If your client is interested in taking a property to auction, you may continue to represent your client and earn a commission from the auctioneer.Let us handle the auction details, while you add a powerful new marketing tool to your professional resources.
